Projects of the Year

Here are the best of the best. After all of the Category judging panels have made their decisions, two special committees (one from each age Division) are formed. Made up of one representative from each judging panel, each committee reviews all of the First Place winning projects to decide the most outstanding projects in the Fair. This year's winners were:
