Note: “**” means this date was not set by the time this document was printed. If your fair is so noted here, please e-mail us immediately. This is the place where the paper version of this table told you to look: these are the correct deadlines which may have been updated since the paper version was printed.

DEADLINES

Your deadline depends upon when your fair occurs. Locate your county, or the county in which your regional fair is located in the table on the left. Your application must be submitted through this Web site by the Application Deadline given there. Students without Web access at home or school should consult with their county/regional affiliated fair Director for possible alternatives.

Your application will be considered submitted when you have completed the final page of the application and pressed its “Submit” button. Failure to complete the application means that the application will prevent your application from being considered. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application via e-mail immediately following its submission. As well, within one working day you should expect to see your name on the Fair’s Web site as having submitted an application.

Projects which are certified to CSSF by affiliated fairs and submitted by the Application Deadline will be accepted, subject only to PARC review (see pg. 11). Projects named as alternates to CSSF and submitted by the Application Deadline will be accepted if that fair’s allocation to CSSF has not been filled by qualified applications which are submitted by the Application Deadline.

Accompanying Forms:

Please note that although your Application must be submitted through the Fair’s Web site, all other forms found in this Application Packet (where required) should be mailed. In particular, the required parent/participant Signature Card and the Application Fee must be mailed immediately upon completion of the Web Application.

Other forms within this Application Packet may have different deadlines as shown on each form.
